Ahnapee State Trail Resurfacing

KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WI - The Kewaunee County Promotion & Recreation Department & Highway Department have teamed up with the Friends of the Ahnapee State Trail to resurface approximately one mile of damaged trail caused by high water levels over the last two years as well as flooding.

The work took place in the City of Algoma & City of Kewaunee.

The project was partially funded by the Friends of the Ahnapee State Trail as well as grant funds applied for by the Kewaunee County Promotion & Recreation Department.

The Ahnapee State Trail connects Kewaunee, Luxemburg, Casco & Algoma and is FREE to use, so we hope that you Visit Kewaunee County, get out there and enjoy!
