According to an article by USA Today Network-Wisconsin and featured in the Kewaunee County Star-News, wine tourism is on the rise across Wisconsin.

Jordan Tilkens, writer for "The Cork" cites a study conducted by Michigan State University Wine Tourism Research Group for Wisconsin Wine Association in 2015 and 2016. In his article, Tilkens shares that wine tourism generated nearly $50 million in direct spending in 2015 for the state.
